Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced on Monday that 1,000 agricultural graduates will be sent to China for advanced studies, as part of a new initiative aimed at boosting the skills of Pakistan’s youth.

Speaking at a ceremony in Islamabad, the Prime Minister also revealed an agreement with Huawei to train 200,000 students annually. This partnership is intended to prepare the next generation with the necessary skills to thrive in today’s economy.

In his address, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif mentioned that banks have been instructed to offer ownership opportunities and loans to young people, supporting their entrepreneurial goals. He emphasized that these efforts are designed to promote development and prosperity in Pakistan, with more initiatives to be announced soon.

The Prime Minister also commended key officials, including Rana Tanveer Hussain, Attaullah Tarar, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, and Ahsan Iqbal, for their contributions. He humorously noted Ahsan Iqbal’s ability to connect with both rural and urban communities, encouraging everyone to learn from past experiences as they look to the future.
