Fees per semester by subject

Each figure is one programme's published fee for one semester, in Pakistani rupees; a programme offered in several shifts counts each shift's fee. 4,073 of 4,480 published fees are counted. Left out: 297 first-semester figures that include one-time charges, and 110 fees whose university document could not be reached at the last check. The median is the middle fee: half are at or below it.

How these numbers were counted

Counted on 9 October 2026 from the catalogue that runs this site. The page is rebuilt with the site, so its numbers move when the catalogue does.

A programme is one programme page: a programme a university offers in several shifts (for example Morning and Self-Supporting) counts once. Programmes whose admissions HEC has suspended are left out.

A fee is one programme's published fee for one semester. Where a university publishes a yearly fee, or one fee for the whole programme, the semester figure is that fee divided by the number of semesters, as the programme's own page shows.

Province, city and public or private status are as each university states them. Every programme page links to the university's own document for each fact.

Nothing on this page ranks universities. Tables are ordered by their numbers, or by month.
